Service Description

MexPath provides paid relocation advisory services for Americans considering moving to Mexico. Our core offering is a 60-minute strategy call and a written relocation plan. By booking a call, you agree to these terms.

Payment & Refunds

Payment of $200 USD is due at the time of booking. All payments are processed securely via Stripe. If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance through the link in your confirmation email.

Refund requests made before your call takes place will be honored in full. After the call has been completed, refunds are issued at our discretion.

Advisory Disclaimer

MexPath provides general relocation guidance based on personal experience. We are not licensed attorneys, tax advisors, real estate agents, or immigration consultants. Our advice does not constitute legal, financial, or immigration counsel. Always consult qualified professionals for decisions involving legal, financial, or immigration matters.

Limitation of Liability

MexPath's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service. We are not liable for decisions you make based on our advisory, nor for outcomes of your relocation process. All guidance is provided on an informational basis.

Intellectual Property

All content on mexpath.com, including text, graphics, and branding, is the property of MexPath. Your written relocation plan is for your personal use only and may not be redistributed, resold, or published without written permission.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Any disputes arising from these terms or MexPath's services shall be resolved in the courts of Mérida, Yucatán, Mexico.
