Who We Are

MexPath is a relocation advisory service operated by Crafted Web Agency Inc. By using our website or booking a service, you agree to these terms.

Services

MexPath provides Mexico relocation strategy sessions via video call. Our core offering is priced at $297 USD and includes:

• A 90-minute strategy call
• A written relocation plan delivered within 48 hours
• 30 days of email follow-up support

Payment & Refunds

Payment of $297 USD is due at the time of booking. All payments are processed securely via Stripe. If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance through the link in your confirmation email.

Before your session: full refund available upon request.

After your session: no refund, but we offer a Clarity Guarantee — if you're unsatisfied with your relocation plan, we'll redo it at no additional cost. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your plan.

Advisory Disclaimer

MexPath provides general relocation guidance based on personal experience. We are not licensed attorneys, tax advisors, real estate agents, or immigration consultants. Nothing we provide constitutes legal, immigration, tax, or financial advice. Always consult qualified professionals for decisions involving legal, financial, or immigration matters.

Client Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the decisions you make based on our guidance. MexPath provides information and strategy to help you plan, but all actions — including visa applications, housing decisions, and financial moves — are your own responsibility.

Limitation of Liability

MexPath's total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service. We are not liable for decisions you make based on our advisory, nor for the outcomes of your relocation process. All guidance is provided on an informational basis without warranty of any kind.

Intellectual Property

All content on mexpath.com, including text, graphics, and branding, is the property of MexPath and Crafted Web Agency Inc. Your written relocation plan is for your personal use only and may not be redistributed, resold, or published without written permission.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Any disputes arising from these terms or MexPath's services shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Wyoming.
